Great Translation!

I love Russian literature. I believe that Gogol was one of best Russian writers among Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, and Pushkin. This book contains of wonderful tales. Gogol depicted Russian local life and Russian characters vividly. I love every single story and admire his abilities of delineating human decorum in Russian society. My favourite stories in this book are "Nevsky Prospect", "The Diary of a Madman" and "The Portrait". When I read this book, I got as great impression as Dostoevsky's books.
If you love Russian literature, I strongly recommend you to read this book. And also translation is brilliant, so you can enjoy every bit of nuance.
